About
The ThunderBotz, is a FIRST Lego League Team formed to compete in competitive robotics tournaments hosted by FIRST. Not too long ago in 2021, the ThunderBotz was a rookie team formed by members who attended the SHIVA Robotics Academy to expand their knowledge and skills in robotics and STEM. Later on, our passionate team would go on to advance to the Regional Championship but failed to move on to the State Championship. With this experience, the ThunderBotz are driven by high spirits to seek for victory in FLL in 2023 and in the following years.

Mission
As a part of the FIRST Community in Jacksonville, the ThunderBotz are not only willing to give their best in the FLL Competitions, but more importantly make an impact in their community and share the core values among themselves and to others, which is what we believe FIRST is all about!
Vision
Our vision, as a FIRST robotics team, is to inspire children to pursue their passions in STEM and Robotics, and provide an opportunity for those unheard to follow their interests. We envision a future where children follow their passions and interests, and aren't limited due to their background, age, gender, or culture.
